Ceremony, to me, is the practice of being fully present in a special moment. It is a way to honor rites of passage, times of growth, transition, and rebirth. Ceremony encourages us to regulate + fully inhabit our body in order to come into alignment with our mind and spirit. To be our highest, brightest self. It is prayer in motion, giving thanks to God and deepening our trust in Him. It is a remembering of our connection to Mother Earth. Seeing her reflection within us and working with her elements as tools for grounding and guidance. When we come home to ourselves and live from our heart, we heal the planet.

MOTHER/BABY BLESSING

This is an intimate baby shower, held ceremoniously with intention. This is a time to honor both mother and baby as they prepare for the rite of passage of birth. This special day will be rooted in beauty, spirit, and gentle nourishment. The space invites Mama to soften into her body and Rise into her power with ease. Surrounded by the care and connection of her sisters she is witnessed, supported, and deeply honored at this sacred threshold.

Clearing and blessing of the home to welcome baby into a peaceful, supported space.

EARTH HONORING

An earth honoring ceremony is held to come into harmony with Mother Earth’s elements and cycles in order to be living our truest natural rhythm. The intent of this ceremony is to recognize all that Mother Earth does for us, to honor her unconditional love and nourishment. Through doing this, we learn how to better tend our mind and bodies.

Can include but not limited to:

  • Guided Group Ceremony
 Shared ritual to honor the mother through presence, intention, and connection.

  • Earth Mandala Altar created together with flowers and foraged elements.

  • Intentional Crafting
 Simple, meaningful creations infused with love for mother and baby.

  • Earth offering A way to lay down our gratitude and prayers

  • Grounding movements - To come into presence in our bodies.

  • This ceremony is open to women, men and children. to all.

WOMB BLESSING

As women, God entrusted us with the sacred gift of creation. Mother or not as a womban you carry this well of life, intuition, and deep inner power. This ceremony is an invitation to return to that center and come into alignment with your truest, highest self and the wisdom held within.

Through intentional ritual, we gently clear what no longer belongs. We cut old cords, stored trauma, and misaligned energies to make space for what we intend to create in this life. Expect this to be a soft but powerful coming home to your body, your spirit, and the creative force that lives within you.

Self Love Ceremony

In a self love ceremony, you are invited to be seen, honored, and heard exactly as you are. Through intentional space holding, Adysun gently guides women back into their own power to remember who they are by connecting with their true north.

This is a two-hour journey of returning home to yourself. After a free consultation, each experience is thoughtfully crafted to meet you where you are. No two ceremonies are the same. Each one is as unique as the woman it’s held for.

POSTPARTUM HONORING

This postpartum ceremony is a sacred time for the mother to be held as she transitions through the golden days (typically 40 days postpartum) A chance for mama to be nourished, witnessed, and gently brought back into her body. Through rituals like closing of the bones, the body is supported in integration physically, emotionally, and spiritually. This can be an opportunity to promote vitality in the body and a reminder of how we take care of ourselves is directly serving our children.

Can include but not limited to:

  • CLOSING OF THE BONES

  • Placenta honoring (planting or burial)

  • Nourishing body + energy work (fascia massage, cranciosacral, reiki)

  • Mental health check in

  • Personal Blessing + more.

BREASTFEEDING COMPLETION/ RETURN TO SELF CEREMONY

Breastfeeding is more than just an exchange of milk. It is a spiritual and energetic sacred bonding ritual between mother and baby. No matter how long your breastfeeding journey has lasted it was no doubt a significant experience for you, your baby and your relationship together. My belief is that deciding to ween should be done with great attention and intention. It is a rite of passage for mother to reclaim her body and start the next chapter of mothering and reclaiming her body and independence. And it is a rite of passage the baby and a major step in his development physically and spiritually. This ceremony is intimate, emotional and very intentionally crafted for you and your baby. Getting to know you both and your story will be a big part of crafting this ceremony.
